Product Introduction: Dense soda ash is a high-density inorganic alkaline raw material refined by hydration and recrystallization based on light soda ash. Chemically composed of sodium carbonate, it features higher bulk density, better fluidity, lower dust, excellent moisture and caking resistance, and low storage loss compared with light soda ash. It is a core raw material for glass manufacturing, building materials and metallurgy, high-end chemical industry and foreign trade export. 2. Physical and Chemical Properties

It is odorless, uniform white granules with astringent taste. Easily soluble in water with heat release during dissolution, and the aqueous solution is strongly alkaline. Slightly soluble in anhydrous ethanol and insoluble in acetone. It has stable chemical properties and uniform batch performance with extremely low hygroscopicity, resisting moisture deterioration and caking. Featuring regular particle shape and excellent fluidity, it produces no dust during feeding and enjoys great storage and transportation stability. 5.1 Applications of Industrial Grade Dense Soda Ash

Glass Manufacturing Industry (Core Application): As the core flux raw material for float glass, flat glass, daily-use glass, photovoltaic glass, optical glass and container glass, it effectively reduces the glass melting temperature, improves glass transparency, flatness and finished texture, lowers raw material loss in kilns, extends kiln service life, and acts as an essential raw material for the glass industry.

Building Materials & Ceramics Industry: Applied in the production of ceramic glaze, refractory materials, ceramic tile blanks and cement additives.
