Product Introduction
OCL Series Output Reactors are used for smoothing and filtering, reducing transient voltages, and extending motor life. They reduce leakage current caused by high-order harmonics in the output, lower motor noise, decrease eddy current losses, and protect the frequency converter.
Appropriate magnetic materials are selected based on the equipment frequency or carrier frequency level. The insulation system uses composite materials of Class F or above, ensuring that the reactor maintains good performance even in harsh working environments. Combined with a vacuum impregnation process and a low flux density design, the reactor achieves lower noise and better linearity.
