The first stage: deeply understand the demand and customize the exclusive scheme;
After the project is started, the salesman, R&D team and design team participate at the same time to understand the customer's needs one by one. The second stage: appearance structure design, to avoid hidden dangers in mass production;
After the scheme is confirmed, the team carries out 3D modeling and structural design. Combine overseas aesthetics, home scenes and ergonomics to optimize product appearance, size and grip; At the same time, optimize the internal structure, solve the mass production problems such as looseness, heating and assembly deviation, and ensure the stability and beauty of products from the source, which is suitable for mass production.
The third stage：mold opening, proofing and debugging to optimize the product experience;
Start the mold opening sample after the design is finalized. Aiming at the core functions such as phototherapy, EMS, RF, and hot compress vibration massage, we have conducted several rounds of actual measurement and debugging, accurately optimized key experiences such as temperature control, gear position, vibration, noise and battery life, and continuously iterated the prototype to ensure that the product performance fits the usage habits of overseas users.
The fourth stage: All performance tests to ensure overseas compliance.
After the prototype is finalized, a full set of reliability and compliance tests will be carried out. In strict accordance with international electrical safety, electromagnetic compatibility, environmental protection standards, complete aging, drop, waterproof, electrical safety tests, comprehensively investigate potential safety hazards, adapt to the access regulations of Europe, America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and other countries, and avoid compliance risks at sea.
The fifth stage: standardized mass production delivery to ensure the consistency of samples.
Enter mass production after testing compliance. The factory solidifies the production technology and assembly standards, stabilizes the production yield, and strictly ensures that the appearance, function and quality of bulk goods and prototypes are highly unified.
